Cancellation Policy
All no-call, no-show (15≤ minutes late) & same-day cancellations will be charged a fee of 50% of scheduled appointment cost. More than one no-call, no-show may result in refusal of services. No refunds will be issued. If the fee isn’t able to be charged (i.e. cancelled credit card), you will no longer be able to book.
